Using Lagos model to bridge gaps in pain management

Consultant anaesthetist with the Lagos State Health Service Commission, Lagos Ministry of Health, Dr Olaniyi Oladapo, is a rare being, not because he had worked with the Nigerian Navy but because he belongs to a very important and rare specialty in medicine: anaesthetic. Today, he sits as the Coordinator of the School of Anaesthetic Studies located at Badagry, Lagos State. The 62 year-old trainer of anaesthetists in Lagos throws more light on how the trailblazing school has helped Lagos State Government to bridge the gap in anaesthesia.
