The mayhem in Ijebu-Ife

The recent clash between the youths of Ijebu-Ife and members of the local vigilante group on the one hand, and between the youths and men of the Nigerian police on the other, as well as the attendant destruction of lives and property is regrettable. We strongly condemn criminality perpetrated by whomsoever and we urge, like many have, the law enforcement agencies to fish out all the persons involved in the destruction of lives and property.
