Nigerians in U.S. seek end to vacuum in presidency
FORMER Petroleum Minister, Prof. Tam David-West has said lack of political cohesion in the southern part of the country will make it difficult for Vice President Goodluck Jonathan to succeed President Umaru Musa Yar'Adua.
David-West spoke as some United States (U.S.)-based Nigerians mobilise their countrymen both at home and abroad to clamour for the resolution of the presidential vacuum created in Nigeria for over 30 days now with the absence of President Yar'Adua without any formal transfer of power to the Vice President.
