SIR: The challenges facing Kogi State have been a source of concern for the people since its creation in 1991. The state ranks as one of the most backward in terms of human development and critical infrastructure, hence the state needs a vibrant, visionary, focused, articulate and dynamic person to take it to optimal level of development.
