FROM a zero level in mobile telephony prior to the digital mobile licensing in 2001, Nigeria's rise in the sector even ahead of South Africa, which ruled the Continent before then beats, every one's imagination.   This is not minding the fact that South Africa has impacted positively in some areas in the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) sector of Nigeria, especially in the areas of business solution packages, training and re-training and in the areas of transfer of skills. But of late, there has been a growing concern about some decisions been taken by the South African government which seems not to go down well with Nigerians who have the intention of reciprocating the gesture in the South African country.
