Gospel and inspirational songwriter and singer, Anne Emmanuel Ibrahim better known as Anny, ended her 2015 music calendar remarkably with the release of the video to her hit praise single Thank You Lord.

Speaking about the song, Anny said “there is no better way tell the Lord Almighty thank than do a song that everybody relate with and follow it up with an enthralling music video.” The new video was directed by Michael Williams, while the song was produced by Dan Adah under the AnnyLove Music label.

The Delta State born gospel act had in a unique synergy to promote peace and love among citizens of Nigeria and the world, especially in these volatile areas, partnered the Niger-Delta Development Commission (NDDC) to further push the message of peace across the country and even outside the shores of Nigeria

According to her she was moved to embark on the peace campaign project when she saw that the peaceful cities and environment where she was born and grew up had become unliveable and unsafe for the people, and there is no other better way to call for peace than through her music. Hence she recorded the song, Peace Around the World, in order to carry her message across more effectively.

The all-star cast song produced by Dr. Frabz, featured Sammie Okposo, Onos, Lamboginny, Charles Granville, Jaywon, Sultan, Ibitayo Jeje, Sabina and Henrisoul. The video was shot in Lagos by Frizzle and Bizzle.

“The song is not just about me, I needed to bring in people from different areas and different religions in Nigeria. I brought in artistes; my friends and colleagues with similar vision with me from different ethnic groups to lend their voices to my message of peace in Nigeria and around the world,” she said.
