Chartered Institute of Arbitrators holds annual president’s dinner

As part of its commitment to facilitate and promote the administration and development of Arbitration and other ADR practice and ethics in Nigeria, the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators Nigeria, will hold its 2015 Annual President’s Dinner/ Induction & Award ceremony today.

Speaking at a pre-event press statement, the General- Secretary of the Institute, Professor Fabian Ajogwu (SAN), stated that the event is billed to formally induct, award and confer Fellowship status on notable individuals who have attended and successfully completed the mandatory programme for prospective Fellows and Members of the Institute.

This year’s Fellows include Honourable Justices of the Court of Appeal as well as the Federal High Court, Senior Advocates of Nigeria, members of the Academia and other distinguished professionals in the field of Arbitration.

The ceremony will hold under the distinguished Chairmanship of Aare Afe Babalola (SAN) President/Chairman of the Institute’s Governing Council on Tuesday, December 8, 2015 in Lagos. The keynote address will be delivered by Chief Mrs. Folake Solanke (SAN).
