A graduate of Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, where she earned a B.Tech in Agronomy in 2014, Christianah quickly transitioned from academic excellence into hands-on professional roles that blended agriculture, development strategy, and business optimization. In Nigeria, she played an integral role as a Business Analyst and Project Manager at 2tess Consulting, where her work between 2014 and 2022 significantly influenced how organizations streamlined processes and mitigated project risks. Her leadership was vital in delivering sustainable project outcomes, particularly in sectors where agronomy intersects with business development.

Through 2022, Christianah contributed meaningfully to Nigeria’s small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) sector. Her research tackled critical knowledge gaps, including how leadership styles shape knowledge-sharing behaviors among SME employees.
