Earlybrite, Goago partner to combat bullying in schools across Africa

Earlybrite, a leading edtech company dedicated to revolutionizing K-12 education, has partnered with Goago, a renowned educational company, to launch a campaign against bullying in schools across Africa.

This collaboration aims to raise awareness about the detrimental effects of bullying and empower students, educators, and parents to create a more inclusive and supportive learning environment.

The partnership kicked off with a successful march in Lagos State, where students, teachers, and parents united to demonstrate their commitment to eradicating bullying. The march served as a powerful symbol of solidarity and a call to action for schools and communities across the continent.

Addressing journalists, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Earlybrite, Victor Tubotamuno, said: “We believe that every child deserves a safe and nurturing learning environment where they can thrive. The parnership by Earlybrite and Goago would focus on several key initiatives. These include: Developing and disseminating educational resources: Creating comprehensive resources, such as online modules, workshops, and teacher training programs, to equip educators with the knowledge and tools to identify, prevent, and address bullying effectively.

Raising awareness through community outreach: Conducting awareness campaigns in schools, communities, and online platforms to educate students, parents, and the general public about the dangers of bullying and the importance of creating a supportive environment.

Empowering students: Providing students with the necessary skills and resources to recognize and report bullying, build resilience, and develop healthy relationships.
