To create a sustainable future for the youths, a non-governmental organisation, Hill City Foundation (HCF), has assured African youths of economic empowerment, education support and mentorship.
The foundation stated this while celebrating its 20th anniversary of adding sustainable value to young people.
HCF has consistently promoted quality education and supported the needy through its four key programmes, including educational support, mentorship, economic empowerment and self-discovery.

The Lead Coordinator, Obi Imemba, lamented the numerous challenges young people face in completing their education and called for a collaborative effort to make a lasting impact.
He also emphasised the importance of moving beyond mere impact to achieving deep-rooted, transformational, and generational change.
Imemba noted that the foundation’s commitment to educational support, mentorship, and economic empowerment has continued to make a significant difference in the lives of young people across the region.
He described the organisation’s approach to making an impact as selfless, people-centred and purpose-driven.
“What pushes our foundation forward is consistency, focus, and concentration,” Imemba stated.
The event also featured a panel session titled “Harnessing and deploying the energy of African youth for wealth creation.”
Panelists included the Chief Executive Officer of Jegz Africa, Mr. Samuel Jegede, Managing Director of Five28, Funto Ibuoye, Founder, Kokopelli Art Gallery, Dare Herald, and fashion entrepreneur, Karen Ubani Alli.
During the panel session, Ibuoye advised youths to build trust and partnerships to generate wealth.
