NIGERIA’S leading wellness advocate Leslie Okoye shows millions of African women the secret she has kept for over a decade, the key to how she stays fresh and fit easily while juggling the roles of wife, mother of two and Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

       While it is the norm to withhold beauty secrets, Mrs. Okoye aims to share her knowledge backed by experts to at least 100 million African women.  Today, she launches the free mobile app ‘FreshnFit’ guaranteed to motivate, educate and enable you make the right healthy choices in your daily life. 

       To inspire millions of African women to feel their best and look the part, the mother of two just launched a Digital TV channel, where she shows viewers a glimpse of her daily intimate moments of different everyday activities and products that keep her Fresh ‘n’ fit.  

       Speaking of her inspiration Leslie explains: “My mother taught me how to use less to accomplish more in everything I did. She would always explain the benefits when stressing me to take my vitamins, wash my face or eat an apple instead of just drinking the juice. From my wellness to my character, I followed her teachings and examples, which groomed me in so many ways. My mission is to feel FRESH everyday and stay FIT as long as I can.” 

     Leslie known to many as Les, began by assembling this entire passion into a holistic skin care line, CookieSkin.  This line of more natural products is being sold in almost 50 different locations in Africa, mainly Nigeria.  Her passion of good health and longevity is skin deep. 

     The wellness expert has opened a center in Lekki, Lagos, which provides private skin care and weight loss consultations and programmes. “With all these aids in place, I’m almost certain the lovely Mrs. Okoye would inspire even more than a hundred million African women to be Fresh and Fit this 2015.”

     Leslie Okoye, CEO of L’Okoye Cosmetics is a woman on a mission to redefine the meaning of “beauty” amongst women of color especially African women. Using her holistic skin care line, CookieSkin and her center for skin care and wellness, LSWC, Leslie is changing the way African women define and value their own beauty. 

     Along with her brand, Leslie is an active speaker, consultant and coach on skin care, weight management, and fitness.
