Ulom Michael who is also known as Michael ASKAMAYA was recently conferred as a Doctor of Science in Hospitality Management and Corporate Governance by the European-American University Commonwealth of Dominica. Since his conferment, congratulatory messages from well-wishers, friends, family, and even staff of the Askamaya group have been showered on the business tycoon.

In their different messages, they are full of praises for Dr. Ulom Michael “Askamaya” for his tremendous hard work and consistency throughout the years. They believe the award only shows he is doing a great job.

The entire workforce of Askamaya Global Resources Limited took to Instagram to congratulate their chairman who they describe as amazing. In an official statement released on their Instagram handle, the group wrote: “Congratulation to our chairman on his amazing achievement/award; an Honourary Doctor in Hospitality Management and Corporate Governance from the European-American University.”

The European-American University (EAU) is a global university without walls. It is an institution that is non-traditional, the university privileges learning where it has occurred recognizes educational achievement gained outside a classroom setting. The University honoured Dr Michael “Askamaya” and 22 others with Doctorate degrees in recognition of their service to humanity. It is however not the first time that Dr Ulom Michael Askamaya will be recognized for his service to humanity, he has been a recipient of so many humanitarian awards before now.
