Besitz Group expands to Port Harcourt, promises customer-centric real estate services
As part of efforts to redefine housing standards in Nigeria, Besitz Group has inaugurated its latest real estate branch in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
The expansion is coming two years after redefining Abuja’s real estate landscape with innovative and affordable quality housing solutions tailored to the needs of the average Nigerian.
With a proven track record in Abuja, including the widely acclaimed Katampe Extension affordable housing estate, the duo now aims to replicate their success in Port Harcourt while adapting to the city’s unique demands.
The company, co-founded in 2022 by Isa Abass and Michael Onyeachor, has earned a reputation for its customer-focused approach and is now poised to extend its reach and expertise to the southern region.
Speaking at the branch’s inauguration, Onyeachor, who serves as Head of Growth, expressed enthusiasm for the venture.
“We’ve always dreamed of making high-quality housing accessible to people across Nigeria. Port Harcourt represents a dynamic market with immense potential, and we’re here to raise the bar,” he said.
He said the Port Harcourt office has hit the ground running with its flagship project, “Palm Springs” in Woji, a development that promises a remarkable return on investment of over 80% within just two months.
According to him, this ambitious project features a mix of luxury high-rise apartments and a gated community aimed at middle-income families, complete with amenities like parks, gyms, and communal spaces.
“Our gated community will not only offer affordable homes but also redefine the standard of living in Port Harcourt. We want to provide a lifestyle that was previously out of reach for many,” Onyeachor added.
The co-founders emphasised their commitment to addressing key challenges in Nigeria’s real estate sector, such as unclear property titles and inflated prices.
On his part, Abass highlighted their focus on transparency and customer trust, saying, “Real estate can be daunting for many Nigerians. We’ve made it our mission to change that by ensuring our clients know they’re getting value for their money.
He said the company’s track record in Abuja speaks volumes about its ability to deliver on promises.
” The Katampe Extension project, a 100-unit affordable housing estate, has been lauded for its eco-friendly design, security, and affordability. The response has been phenomenal and it showed that you don’t have to compromise on quality or aesthetics to make housing affordable,” Abass explained.
Abass noted that the Port Harcourt’s industrial significance and its vibrant expatriate and middle-income community pose unique opportunities for Besitz Group.
He said clients here are savvy and value high-quality infrastructure and innovative designs, noting that the company has tailored its offerings to meet these expectations.
Looking ahead, Besitz Group is not resting on its laurels as the founders have ambitious plans to expand to other major cities across Nigeria within the next decade.
“This is just the beginning. Our vision is to make real estate affordable, available, and accessible to every demography in Nigeria,” Abass declared.
