Cheesy Chicken Breasts

● 1 cup of shredded cheese
● Salt
● 1/8 tsp black pepper
● 2 tbsp olive oil
● Chicken breasts
● 2 eggs
● 1/3 cup mayonnaise
● 1/3 cup flour or potato starch
● Seasoning cubes

Cheese Sauce

● Flour
● Milk
● Grated Cheese
● White pepper
● Salt
● Butter

Cheesy Chicken Breasts

1. Slice up the chicken breasts into small pieces and place them in a large mixing bowl.
2. In the mixing bowl, add 1/3 cup mayonnaise, 2 eggs,1/3 cup flour, 1 cup shredded cheese, 1/8 tsp black pepper and seasoning cubes or salt to taste.
3. Stir the content in the mixing bowl properly.
4. Cover the mixing bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least two hours or overnight.
5. Heat up the olive oil. Add the chicken mixture to the heated oil.
6. Slightly flatten out the tops of the chicken mixture with your frying spoon.
7. Fry until the chicken is golden brown.

Cheese Sauce

1. Melt the butter in a pot.
2. Add the flour to the melted butter and stir. Leave it to cook for two minutes.
3. Remove the heated content and add milk. Return the pot to the heat and continue stirring the content of the pot.
4. Add seasoning cube, pepper and salt.
5. Stir in the grated cheese and allow it to melt.
6. The sauce is ready.
