Adult film Star Kagney Linn Karter Dies By Suicide

Adult film star Kagney Linn Karter, aged 36, has tragically passed away by suicide in her residence as reported by a GoFundMe page created by friends on behalf of Kagney’s mother to fund her funeral.

Kagney’s friends Rachel and Megan revealed that despite Kagney’s numerous accomplishments and talents, she had been dealing with mental health challenges over the years.

“Even during her darkest moments, Kagney remained committed to her work, always eager to learn, contribute, and improve herself in any way possible,” stated Rachel and Megan.

“Despite her personal struggles, she continued to support her friends and the community that cared deeply for her. With the same determination she displayed in every aspect of her life, she fought her battles with strength and tenacity.”

Kagney started her career in the adult entertainment industry in the early 2000s, starring in notable films like the “Official Silence of the Lambs Parody” and “Not Married with Children XXX.”

While she received multiple nominations for Adult Video News awards, including a nomination for top female performer of the year in 2011 and best new starlet in 2010, she did not secure any wins.

In 2015, Kagney made headlines when she alleged that musician Chris Brown had paid her $2,500 to accompany him.

Her claims, accompanied by a picture of Brown’s genitals, led to the suspension of her Twitter account, as reported by TMZ. Kagney had previously posted tweets condemning Brown as a “woman beater” and “pure evil.”

Her final Instagram post, shared on February 10, featured a picture of her in a bikini on a beach in Florida. In 2019, Kagney relocated from Los Angeles to Ohio, where she became involved with pole dancing fitness studios.

She eventually established her own pole dancing studio in Akron named Alchemy Pole Fitness.

“Her students and staff remember her with great affection, both as a knowledgeable and intuitive instructor and as an owner who worked tirelessly to foster a sense of community,” noted the GoFundMe page.
