Britney Spears’ ex-husband Jason Alexander was allegedly arrested by the Ventura Sheriff’s Department for breaking into her private wedding venue hours before her nuptials.

People reports that Alexander was arrested on an outstanding warrant Thursday after he trespassed at the Grammy Award winner’s private wedding venue hours before her planned nuptials to fiancé Sam Asghari.

The news outlet claims that Alexnder live-streamed himself on Instagram while roaming around the property, revealing ongoing decorations and yelling her name.

He said on live, “So, here’s the inside scoop, guys, of the bull— wedding. Jason Alexander, what’s up.”

“My name’s Jason Alexander. Britney invited me here,” Alexander claimed. “Britney Spears invited me here. She’s my first wife, my only wife. I’m her first husband. I’m here to crash the wedding.”

Spears’ assistant Vicky T took to Instagram to assure fans that the bride-to-be was safe. “I’ve done everything I can while being out of the country to keep everyone safe,” Vicky wrote on her Instagram Story.

“Thank you to all the absolutely amazing and incredible fans for alerting me of so much. You are blessings. Thank you. Everyone is safe.”

Spears and Alexander were married for 55 hours in Jan. 2004, after the pair eloped at the Little White Wedding Chapel in Las Vegas.

Last year, on the July 13 episode of the “Toxic: The Britney Spears Story” podcast, Alexander claimed that their relationship was short-lived due to Spears’ team.

He revealed, “They told me if I would sign the contracts — the annulment — they would let me and Britney continue our relationship, and if we felt the same way in six months they would give us a proper marriage.”

“I thought that’s what the truth was. They were allowing Britney and I to still have phone communication. So we were talking every day and I still believed the story I was told, that they were going to let us continue to talk and then we would have this marriage … in the future if we felt the same way.”

He, however claimed that barely a month after, he could no longer reach the “Toxic” singer over the phone.

“Literally the day after, like, the 30 days was up, I remember trying to call the number I had for Britney and it was like, ‘Beep, beep, beep [imitating a disconnected sound],'” he said. “I’m like, ‘F—k, they got me! Motherf–ker!’ So, that was it.”

Remember that Spears’ thirteen years conservatorship was only called off last year.

Meanwhile, Spears and new beau Sam Asghari are reportedly ready to walk down the aisle this week, almost a month after they lost their miracle baby.
