Fast rising Richplug keeps putting smiles on faces of the poor
Anne Frank once said, “No one has ever become poor by giving.” Being rich entails so many things, which includes attracting good fortune.
Essentially, giving to others does not have to be until one owns the entire world, and this is the understanding Nigeria’s fast rising star, Iwunor Anselm Chibuzor, popularly referred to as “Richplug,” obviously has.
Richplug represents the future of the country’s music industry. His five singles have so far accumulated a massive number of streams on various music streaming platforms.
The talented singer’s rising profile does not come as a surprise, as his passion for the welfare of the poor and underprivileged could be a disguised reward from God.
Richplug recently visited a hospital and paid off the hospital bills of ailing children. He financially supports Givers Supportive Foundation, an NGO that focuses on helping sick and less privileged people, especially children.
“Many people often think that it is only those who have millions in their accounts that donate. Well, take it from me today, one doesn’t have to be a famous philanthropist with a huge net worth to be able to put smiles on people’s faces. You just give, no matter how little,” Richplug stressed.
The singer’s passion to seek the well-being of others can easily be explained, as he was not born with a silver spoon himself. This fact also drives him to dream of succeeding.
“My motivation is where I came from; I did not experience rich living; I don’t have a rich background. I get motivated by completing a difficult project and seeing it through to the end,” Richplug stated.
Continuing, he said: “I reckon that life itself doesn’t bear a meaning, that humans have no preordained purpose, so I live by what comes and what goes.”
