Tried The Ginger Infused Pineapple Juice?

It is pineapple season! While social media have only discovered the easiest way to eat pineapples (without slicing it), here is a pineapple drink that is worth all the trouble:

Ingredients
∙ 2 cups, water
∙ 3 ounce of chopped ginger
∙ 6 cups, lukewarm water.
∙ 2 cups, fresh pineapple

Method
1. In a large bowl, mix ginger and lukewarm water. Let it sit for about 45mins to 1 hour. After that, use a sieve, drain the water and set aside OR blend the ginger with some water, sieve and set aside.

2. Blend the pineapples and use a sieve to drain.

3. Combine ginger water and pineapple juice.

4. Serve as desired.
