In Manhattan Federal Court, Ed Sheeran has been sued for alleged copyright infringement by the family of Ed Townsend, Marvin Gaye’s writing partner, who claim that Sheeran used parts of Gaye’s ‘Let’s Get It On’ in his song ‘Thinking Out Loud’.
