I have never been to the restaurant alone—Tiwa Savage

Tiwatope Omolara Savage, better known as Tiwa Savage, confessed that she has never been to the restaurant alone while sharing her transformative solo trip to the Maldives.

She shared this on January 21, 2025, on her Instagram handle: “I have never even been to a restaurant or to the movies by myself let alone a whole vacation.”
Tiwa noted her nervousness considering she travelled all the way to the Maldives without an escort.

However, determined to break old habits, the Koroba crooner noted that she packed her essentials—Bible, audiobooks, bikinis, and a selfie stick—and embraced the experience. “After the first day of nerves, I began living in every moment, thanking God for His grace, and reflecting on wasted time and distractions.”
