The 22-year-old social media sensation, known for his comedic and high-energy livestreams, took to X on Sunday, November 10, 2024, to push for his ambition.
“Hey Elon, I would like to be the first streamer to stream & say ‘YO CHAT’ from space. I believe you are the only person that can help me achieve this goal, let’s make history @elonmusk @SpaceX,” Cenat posted.

On the same day Kai Cenat sought Elon Musk’s help to realise his space dream, old footage of Darren “IShowSpeed” re-emerged expressing a similar ambition.
In the 12-second clip, the Ohio-based YouTuber revealed his desire to connect with the South African billionaire to discuss his aspirations.

“I’m going to do one stream, I don’t know how we’re going to do it, but I’m going to need my boy Elon Musk for this. I might need to get in contact him directly, which is going to be the hard part,” he said
With SpaceX already making waves in space travel, Cenat’s proposal could set a new benchmark in the streaming world. If Musk accepts the challenge, the collaboration could make Cenat the face of a new frontier in online streaming.
