What a time to be alive! If you loved Kendrick Lamar’s soundtracks from the groundbreaking film, Black Panther, then you are in for even more heaven on earth as the Grammy award-winning rapper has been confirmed as a performer on Creed II.

Creed II which is primed to be one of the biggest films of the year already has its musical accompaniment shaping up nicely. According to a report by Hot New Hip Hop, super producer Mike Will Made-It is curating the original soundtrack for the much-awaited sequel.

He took to social media on November 7 to confirm that the Pulitzer winning Kendrick Lamar will contribute to the project.

Lamar joins an already impressive roster of talent for Creed II: The Album. Other official guest features include Nicki Minaj, Lil Wayne, Rick Ross, Kodak Black, Eminem and most recently Pharrell Williams.

Lamar has expanded his reach this year with a high profile acting role on Power and executive producer role on the wildly successful Black Panther (Original Score).

It waits to be seen if Mike Will Made-It crafted a classic. Creed II which will be in theatres 11/21.
