P-Square: Producer breaks silence on ‘Winning’ track controversy
Producer of Winning, Vampire Grace, has clarified and distanced himself from the P-Square feud, stating that he only contributed to the song’s creation.
Addressing allegations from Paul Okoye, also known as Rudeboy, who accused his twin brother, Peter (Mr P), of re-recording and releasing the track without consent, Vampire Grace explained that his involvement ended with production.

“I produced and recorded Winning for P-Square in 2022. I sent the stems to P-Square for mixing and mastering, got paid, and left Lagos. Two years later, one Square released the song. How is that my fault? Am I managing P-Square?” he wrote on his Instagram story.
The feud reignited Friday after Rudeboy claimed ownership of Winning on social media, sparking a fresh chapter in the long-running feud between the twin stars.
Rudeboy claimed that his brother recorded the song word for word with the same producer he worked with.
On his Instagram page, he wrote, “Song title: Winning. Written and sang by Rudeboy. Produced by same producer.
“Now how come? Now am I supposed to release another version? Mr Producer, your case is for another day.

“Just a simple thing: Bring 6 songs, let me bring 6 songs. I Submitted 6 songs to the so-called management. Why re-singing my own song? word for word. Song that was supposed to be in my album next year, June.”
In another post on his Instagram, he threatened to release the original version of any songs of his that he was being replicated.
“The days of manipulation are over. And to the management, make I hear any song wey na only me sing, I go release the original version. Oloriburuku. Music is not that hard,” he said.
