Tems Reveals What Nigerians Feel About Her And Her Music
Nigerian singer, Tems has revealed her opinion about what Nigerians feel about her music, and also what they feel about her.
She revealed this during an interview with popular YouTuber Korty EO on “Flow with Korty,”. While Tems feels a strong personal connection with her Nigerian audience, she wrestles with the question of whether they truly grasp the depth of her music.
“I don’t know if they understand my music,” Tems says, “but I feel appreciated as a person by Nigerians.” This statement highlights the complex relationship between the artist and the audience.

She acknowledges the love from her fans but ponders a deeper understanding of the artistic message within her music.
Recall she became the United States consul general to Nigeria, Will Steven’s favourite Afrobeat star. In Stevens’s words, he said; “I have met a bunch of them, but Tems is the one that I can tune in anytime.”
