Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 12 bread slices
- 8 egg
- 6 tsp butter
Method
- Boil the eggs in a pot for at least ten minutes. Peel the shells of the eggs and dice them into the desired size.
- In a bowl, add egg, mayonnaise and salt to the bowl and mix properly. While stirring, add black pepper to the mixture.
- Take a bread slice and spread butter over it. Put the egg mixture on the bread. Cover it up with the other bread slices and bite into the richness.
