10 ships arrive Lagos ports

Ten ships have arrived at the Lagos ports with various products, the Nigerian Ports Authority(NPA) said on Monday in Lagos.

This is contained in the daily ‘Shipping Position,’ a publication by the NPA, which was made available to newsmen in Lagos.

It stated that four of the ships arrived with rice, while six others brought in bulk gas, petrol and aviation fuel.

The NPA also said that it was expecting 15 ships other ships at the Lagos ports.

It stated that the ships were expected to sail into the ports from May 18 to May 29.

Food products, including rice, bulk salt and bulk wheat are expected in five ships, while general cargo will be brought in two ships, the NPA said.

It stated that the containers would be brought in five ships, while two ships would bring in base oil.

According to the NPA, the remaining one ship will arrive at the port with vehicles.
