President is Kogi’s agenda in 2027, says senator
No fewer than 1.000 prayer warriors from across the federation will tomorrow, gather in Ilorin, Kwara State, to offer prayers for the success of President Bola Tinubu, as well as for the country’s survival amid prevailing socio-economic challenges.
State chairman of the Organisation of African Instituted Churches (OAIC), Evangelist Thomas Adeboye, revealed yesterday in Ilorin that the event, themed: Walking in dominion, would also offer free medical outreach and health advice to attendees.
He lamented the socio-economic and security situation in the country, urging Nigerians to embark on a prayer sojourn for the President and the nation in general.
According to him, President Tinubu has repeatedly shown the whole world his love to revive the country, stating: “It takes all our efforts and support, especially divine intervention, to work for us.”
BESIDES, the Senator representing Kogi West in the National Assembly, Sunday Karimi, has declared that Tinubu is the only agenda for his constituency at the 2027 presidential election.
He emphasised that being the only option, “we will work for him until he becomes.”
Karimi, in a statement, said the recent observation by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) regarding the early onset of electioneering activities ahead of the 2027 general elections was timely and relevant.
He added, “While I will not dismiss this observation of INEC, I find it necessary to add my voice to ongoing conversations about the upcoming presidential election.
“Let me be very categorical: For us in Kogi State, the re-election of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is our sole option. There are no two ways about it.”
