Three men, on Wednesday, appeared before a Federal High Court in Lagos, charged with unlawful possession and distribution of petroleum products.
The accused: Emmanuel Okorobia, Felix Oluwanisola, and Abbas Muhammed, are standing trial on a two-count charge of conspiracy and unlawful possession and distribution of petroleum products.
They are being prosecuted by the Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC).
However, the men pleaded not guilty to the two-count charge.
