ACF loses ex-scribe, Shehu

Arewa Consultative Forum (ACF) is in mourning mood over the demise of its former Secretary-General, Col. Musa Shehu (rtd), who died during a protracted sickness.

The Northern group, through its acting media officer, Shuaibu Lili, stated yesterday: “With glory to Almighty Allah, the apex socio-political umbrella of the Northern states, ACF, sadly, announces the death of its erstwhile secretary-general, Col. Musa Shehu (rtd), on Sunday, June 19, 2022, after a brief illness.

“Shehu, who was buried the same day, according to Islamic tenets, was military administrator of Plateau and Rivers states. He would be remembered for his tremendous contribution to the development and upkeep, during his glorious tenure as secretary-general of the ACF.”
