Adeboye Tasks Youth On Godly Principles

GENERAL Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye, has urged Nigerian youths to humble themselves before God, obey Him implicitly if they want to be great.

At the church headquarters in Lagos, where he prayed for the youths, Adeboye, who spoke on the theme: “The Beginning of Greatness,” advised youths to hold fast to the biblical injunction that says: “the fear of God is the beginning of wisdom.” He said they should consistently resist temptation and yield absolutely to the truth that God is the Most High and dependable.”

Advising them to be careful on how to use the computer and Internet to advance themselves, Adeboye, said, “involving oneself in shady deals would not lead to greatness, but doom.

“If God wants to promote you, no one can stand in His way since He is Sovereign and does things as He pleases.
