Executive Director of Multi-Plan Pathway College, Mrs. Mary Agbu, has reiterated her institution’s commitment to bridging the gaps in Nigeria’s education sector, especially in private schools.

Executive Director of Multi-Plan Pathway College, Mrs. Mary Agbu, has reiterated her institution’s commitment to bridging the gaps in Nigeria’s education sector, especially in private schools.

Agbu, who spoke at the college’s fifth graduation in Lagos, said her organisation would achieve the objective through the provision of rounded tutoring while working with famous universities globally for the students to advance their academic pursuits.

She said the institution was out to equip pupils with broader knowledge and skills to be independent and compete favourably well with their contemporaries worldwide as self-directed learners for transition to undergraduate degrees in renowned higher institutions across the globe.

The administrator said the college manifests and establishes core values of integrity, knowledge, support, opportunity and results.

“We aim at providing an individual approach to education, particularly pre-university because by the time the students get into the university, they have learnt values, character and strength that would help them launch into the bigger world,” she said.

Agbu advised the graduating students to take charge of their academic journeys and make the most successful of them.

Guest Speaker and founder of Wholesome Inspirations, Dr. Ebere Njoku, while lauding the school for producing graduates, who have achieved greatness globally, urged the government to formulate policies that support education and encourage children, noting that the private sector, which has been thriving as an alternative to public education, had been faced with challenges.

The optometrist challenged the graduands to be adventurous and focused.
