Again, Jonathan, Buhari meet
PRESIDENT Goodluck Jonathan last night met with the President-elect, Gen. Muhammadu Buhari (rtd.) in what would be the third time the two leaders would meet since Buhari was declared winner of the March 28 presidential polls.
The meeting said to be private and details of which could not be ascertained was held behind closed doors inside the Presidential Villa, Abuja. It started around 8 pm was said to have lasted about 30minutes.
Jonathan, while inspecting the ongoing Abuja Rail project, earlier yesterday ,had promised to brief his successor on the need to continue the project. But it was not clear if the matter featured in their discussions.
