All Talentz has said that while the global economy is hiring, the question remains whether job seekers are positioning themselves for it or are still limiting their thinking.
The Founder and CEO of All Talentz, Sadiq Isu, stated this at the inaugural Faculty of Engineering Career Day at the University of Lagos (UNILAG), organised by the University of Lagos Engineering Society (ULES).
The event drew over 200 final-year engineering students and industry professionals to the Faculty of Engineering campus in Akoka, Yaba, for a full day of speaker sessions, exhibitions, structured networking, and on-site talent assessment.
All Talentz participated as both a keynote speaker and an exhibiting company, a recognition of the brand’s growing influence in Nigeria’s professional development landscape.
Isu opened the day as the featured keynote speaker with a 25-minute address titled “Beyond the Degree: Building a Career of Relevance and Impact.” Speaking directly to a room full of students just weeks away from entering the workforce, he discussed labour market data, the global remote work revolution, and the skills gap that separates employable graduates from the rest before concluding with a call to action that set the tone for what followed.
Career Day 2026 was designed as a talent pipeline experience rather than a conventional career fair. For All Talentz, participation was not merely a marketing exercise; it was a statement about the company’s commitment to Nigerian talent and its vision of what access to global opportunities should look like.
“We didn’t come to give a talk and hand out flyers. We came to open a door. The internship programme is that door, and it stays open,” said Isu.
“The global economy is hiring,” Isu told the audience. “The question is whether you’re packaging yourself for it or still thinking locally.”
Toward the close of the event, All Talentz announced the launch of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Internship Programme, a new long-term commitment to Nigeria’s graduating population. Departments across All Talentz will each open their doors for up to three months annually to host an intern, providing newly graduated students with structured work experience in a global company before they proceed to the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
“Students can apply for a three-month internship in a department of their choice, including Marketing, Technology, Human Resources, Procurement, Accounting, Business Development, and Relationship Management.
“This is not a trial run. It is a CSR initiative designed to become a permanent part of how All Talentz operates; one department, one cohort, one quarter at a time. Applications are open through the official All Talentz website.”
Alongside the All Talentz presence, the joint exhibition booth hosted an activation by Savewyze, an emerging Nigerian financial platform. Students who signed up on the Savewyze platform at the booth were entered into a live raffle draw held at the end of the event, with one lucky student winning the grand prize of ₦50,000.
