Alo hails Nigeria at 65, Ekiti at 29, charges Nigerians on nation-building

Prophet Sam Olu Alo, planter of CAC Adamimogo Grace of Mercy Prayer Mountain Worldwide, has congratulated Nigerians and President Bola Tinubu on the nation’s 65th Independence Anniversary, urging citizens to make the necessary sacrifices for the country’s progress.

The cleric also felicitated with the people of Ekiti State and Governor Biodun Oyebanji on the 29th anniversary of the state’s creation, stressing that collective effort and sacrifice remain crucial for sustainable development.

In a goodwill message signed by his Personal Assistant, Hon. Deji Ogunbusuyi, Alo described Nigeria as a resilient nation that has remained one indivisible entity despite political and ethnic differences.

He urged Nigerians to pray continually and work together to ensure the nation’s upliftment.

“I congratulate President Tinubu and Nigerians on the 65th independence of our dear country. Though we have different ethnic groups, we have lived together as brothers and must always demonstrate our commitment to a peaceful, united, and indivisible Nigeria,” he said.

He called on Nigerians to participate actively and constructively in the process of nation-building, insisting that the country could overcome its challenges through unity and shared responsibility.

On Ekiti at 29, Prophet Olu Alo said the people must prioritize the state’s growth and development by supporting the government.

“I call on the Ekitis, both at home and abroad, to join hands with the government in repositioning the state and ensuring its all-round development. The task of rebuilding is a collective one, and through our cooperation, a truly prosperous state will emerge,” he stated.

He further appealed to political parties and residents of Ekiti to conduct themselves peacefully during the forthcoming governorship primaries, stressing that peace and stability remain key to progress.

In a separate statement, Alo congratulated His Royal Majesty, Oba Rashidi Adewolu Ladoja, on his coronation as the 44th Olubadan of Ibadanland, describing it as a significant milestone in the city’s traditional institution.

Rejoicing with the monarch on his birthday as well, he said: “Your ascension to the throne is a testament to your leadership qualities and dedication to the well-being of your people.

“As a former Governor of Oyo State, you demonstrated exceptional governance skills, and your experience will undoubtedly shape your reign as Olubadan. I pray God grants you wisdom, knowledge, good health, and a reign marked by peace, prosperity, and the continued growth of Ibadanland.”
