Nichkawde gave the advice in GRA, Ikeja, Lagos at the maiden edition of AN Global’s Business launch/media parley.

AN Global Group Holdings is an investment company that includes seven divisions; Technology, Education, Franchising, Business Brokerage, Consulting, Business Migration and Trade and Investment with a presence in the US, Canada, Mexico, Australia, UK, India, Dubai and Bangladesh.

Speaking on the choice of Nigeria as the first African country of focus and what he intends to do for Nigeria, he said: “What we can do for Nigerian entrepreneurs is in two-folds; one is franchising so, if there are businesses working well, we can help them to expand into the US, Canada, Australia, UK and other countries we have our presence.

“We are here to make Nigerian businesses, especially Small and medium-sized enterprises a global company. We will continue to build on the opportunity in Nigeria.

“We are here to help SMEs community in Nigeria and help them grow. There are small-scale companies that show that their concept can be proven but they don’t know where to go to get help and how to get it so, we have a one-stop-shop solution; we have been able to help local communities in other climes and we are willing to do so in Nigeria.

“Our goal is to be in 25 countries by 2024. We want to expand under the leadership of our CEO in Africa, Nwali Tochukwu. We want to understand the local market, the government and others and take good entrepreneurs to overseas.

“AN Global has a global strategy to deliver world-class services to an underserved business community that represents a significant portion of global wealth. Our model is repeatable globally which allows us to reach regions where our competition is unable to offer the services of AN Global. A performance-based revenue model with low overheads and operational costs contributes to high-profit margins globally. This allows us to protect our cash flows, which in turn will drive our future valuation.

Advising entrepreneurs, he said: “Entrepreneurship is not an easy thing, there will always be challenges. Being an entrepreneur has so many areas that sometimes one person is not capable of doing it so, it’s important they consider a partnership or consult professionals to assist them. We like to be the professionals that will guide them, mentor them and help them. Entrepreneurs must be practical and avoid being emotional in their business.

“Finances are very important but entrepreneurs must be very careful, they should not chase after money, money will chase after them if they are doing their best, they must take on calculated risk and must follow their passion and be guided; some entrepreneurs are too defensive, they doubt everyone coming to them. Wherever they are starting from, they must have a global vision; think that they are the best in the world and that’s how they can become global personalities.

On his view of the African business landscape, he said: “There are lots of opportunities in Africa and Nigeria; we want to replicate what we did in oversea in Nigeria, Ghana and other parts of Africa.

Also speaking, Tochukwu said the company is in Nigeria to inspire business owners and start-ups. Instead of implementing it remotely or through a third party, AN Global decided to come to Nigeria to feel the pulse and provide a solution.
