The candidate of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), Adamu Mustapha Giri, has emerged winner of the chairmanship seat in Gwagwalada Area Council of Abuja in the re-run election.
The candidate of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), Adamu Mustapha Giri, has emerged winner of the chairmanship seat in Gwagwalada Area Council of Abuja in the re-run election.
The Independependent National Electoral Commission (INEC) had cancelled results in 39 polling units in 20 Registration Areas (RAs) in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) including Gwagwalada last Saturday for reasons ranging from violence, over voting and non-use of Smart Card Readers for accreditation of voters.
