The Benue State Security Council has pledged a N5 million reward for anyone with information on the whereabouts of Mr. Terwase Akwaza, alias Ghana, who has been declared wanted for various crimes in the state.

Briefing journalists shortly after the state security council meeting presided over by Governor Samuel Ortom yesterday, the Secretary to the State Government, Dr. Bem Melladu said such information could be sent through text message or telephone calls to 08066006475, 070 673749913, and 080 36363531, as well as reporting directly to security agencies.

The state government appealed to the people to volunteer information that would lead to the arrest of the wanted man and his gang members.

The council directed the state commissioner of police to review the case of the abduction and killing of Rev Fr. John Adeyi so that his killers would be prosecuted.

The police commissioner was also charged to check the activities of illegal timber dealers in the state.

One of the biggest challenges facing us as a nation are the activities of these politicians who parade themselves as men of GOD.
CAN leader should understand that Kerry’s visit has nothing to do with Religion.
We all know that the man who named his dog Buhari did not commit any offense under theNigerian laws. But is this man of GOD telling us that it’s morally right for one of his church members to name his dog after him.
All the holy books both Quran and Bible encourages us to respect our elders and leaders.
Is naming our dogs respectful to elders and leaders? No.

Naming dogs from time immemorial had always depends on the whim of the owner, which part of the criminal law restricts which name you can give your dog!!! Appeasement of a dictator has never worked!! Arresting that man was a violation of his right
