President Muhammadu Buhari yesterday appointed his wife, Aisha, and the wife of Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, Dolapo, as members of Presidential Advisory Committee on the Elimination of Drug Abuse. President Muhammadu Buhari yesterday appointed his wife, Aisha, and the wife of Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, Dolapo, as members of Presidential Advisory Committee on the Elimination of Drug Abuse.
The committee has the former Military Administrator of Lagos State, Brig. Gen. Buba Marwa (rtd) as its chairman.
Buhari said the appointment of Aisha and Dolapo as members of the panel was in recognition of their concerted efforts in the course of eradicating the menace of drug abuse in the country.
