President Muhammadu Buhari last night met with the leaders of the All Progressives Congress (APC) at the Presidential Villa, Abuja. The meeting was held at the First Lady’s Conference Hall.

Those who attended were the Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo, Senate President, Bukola Saraki, Speaker of House of Representatives, Yakubu Dogara, Senate Leader, Mohammed Ali Ndume, a former Information Minister Tony Momoh and Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), Babachir David Lawal.

National Chairman of the party, Chief John Odigie-Oyegun, led other members of the National Working Committee (NWC) to the meeting.

Also in attendance were Zamfara and Imo State governors, Abdulaziz Abubakar Yari and Owelle Anayo Rochas Okorocha .

The Ministers of Agriculture and Rural Development, Chief Audu Ogbeh and his Science and Technology counterpart, Chief Ogbonnaya Onu also attended.

The President, accompanied by his deputy, Osinbajo entered the venue at 9.10 p.m.
