Buhari, NPO, Keyamo mourn Punch chairman, Gbadebowale Aboderin


President Muhammadu Buhari has condoled with the Aboderin family over the death of the Chairman of Punch Nigeria Limited, Mr. Gbadebowale Aboderin.Angela Emuwa, who announced Gbadebowale’s death on behalf of the family, said he died yesterday after a heart surgery at the First Cardiology Consultants, Ikoyi, Lagos. He was aged 60 years.

In a statement by Buhari’s Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity, Garba Shehu, he equally commiserated with members of the Newspapers Proprietors Association of Nigeria (NPAN), the media and sports industry.Also, the Nigerian Press Organisation, in a statement by its President, Nduka Obaigbena, mourned his passage.

The Director, Strategic Communications of Muhammadu Buhari Campaign Organisation, Festus Keyamo (SAN) also condoled with the family.Gbadebowale was also Chairman, Punch Commercial Printing Limited and Lukahed Properties Limited.He attended the Government College, Ibadan, and trained as a pilot in the United States.He attended the Government College, Ibadan; and trained as a pilot in the United States.
