“The President lauds the young culinary expert for turning her talent and passion into a career, with a rippling effect on the economy as she runs a restaurant in Lagos, and trains other talents on entrepreneurship, and now leads the world in resilience, perseverance, and consistency in cooking,” Ahmad stated.

Similarly, the President-elect, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, also congratulated Hilda on her historic achievement, adding that the country is deeply proud of her.

Tinubu said in a tweet on Monday that it was a “remarkable display of the Nigerian can-do attitude and the spirit of excellence that lies within.”
