Connected Development (CODE) has organised a retreat to sensitise Kaduna Polytechnic (KADPOLY) students on vote-buying and tracking of constituency projects.
Connected Development (CODE) has organised a retreat to sensitise Kaduna Polytechnic (KADPOLY) students on vote-buying and tracking of constituency projects.
The aim of the gathering was to drive political accountability and transparency, by getting youths involved in tackling challenges ravaging the country.
CODE’s Chief Executive Officer, Hamzat Lawal, said they were in KADPOLY to mobilise youths to monitor constituency projects, including the implementation of Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFund) projects and increase their interest in government spending.
Represented by CODE’s Community Engagement Manager, Mukhtar Modibbo, the CEO said the campus tour was in collaboration with Community Life Project (CLP).
