
A Non Profit-making organisation, Connect Talent CIO has announced the elevation of three volunteers into taking key roles in the organisation.
The Volunteers are Omolara Taylor, Nnenna Anaeke, and Efe Asemota.
The Chief Executive Officer of Connect Talent CIO, Dr Oladimeji Ojerinola made this announcement during
the End of Year Community Event held on Monday 9th December 2024 in Salford.

Connect Talent CIO is a charity organisation in the UK driving social inclusion for minority ethnic groups and creating an inclusive space where everyone, regardless of background, felt welcomed and valued, fostering equity and opportunity in Salford and beyond.
According to him, The officers in their new roles will be at the forefront of connecting with communities, expanding the organisation’s reach, and driving meaningful change.
He noted that the event was not only a celebration but also a testament to the organisation’s shared commitment to fostering inclusion, education and opportunity for all.

Ojerinola pointed out that the appointments reflect the organisation’s belief in nurturing talents from within and the
transformative journeys that begin with volunteerism, adding that It highlights the power of growth and the opportunities for progression that exist at Connect Talent CIO.
Omolara Taylor (MSc Procurement Logistic and Supply Chain Management) and
Nnenna Anaeke (MSc Project Management) both graduates of Salford University have transitioned into permanent roles as Community Outreach Officers, recognising their unwavering commitment to fostering social inclusion and empowering communities.
Efe Asemota-Amadi (BSc Health and Social Care) from Bolton University, a senior
support worker with wealth of experience within the public sector has been elevated
into a leadership role as a Trustee, where her vision and dedication will guide the
strategic direction of our mission-driven work.
