Court orders Oba Otudeko to appear for N12.3b fraud arraignment

The Federal High Court in Lagos has ordered Oba Otudeko to appear in court over an alleged N30 billion loan fraud.
The order was delivered by Justice Chukwujekwu Aneke of the federal high court on Monday.
It came a month after Otudeko failed to appear in court.
Oba Otudeko, is the chairman of the Honeywell Group.

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) had filed 13-count charge against Otudeko and three other people in January 2024.
In February, Otudeko failed to appear in court.
