Minister for Labour and Productivity, Chris Ngige

The Minister of Labour and Employment, Chief Chris Ngige has assured Nigerians that the Federal Government was making efforts aimed at diversifying the economy, saying it was necessary to reverse the downward economic trend occasioned by the fall in crude oil price at the international market.

Ngige, who was at the National Directorate of Employment (NDE) Day, at the Kaduna International Trade Fair, said “adequate planning has been made in the development of the critical sectors of the Nigerian economy, particularly the agriculture, manufacturing, solid minerals exploration, tourism and many more”.
