Speaking on the nominations, Founder and President of the Nigerian Humanitarian Awards & Magazine, Mr Emmanuel Anabueze, said the platform remains committed to recognising individuals and organisations whose work has created meaningful social impact.
“The Nigerian Humanitarian Awards & Magazine was established to celebrate individuals and organisations whose work demonstrates compassion, leadership and a genuine commitment to improving lives. Under this year’s theme, ‘United for Humanity’, we reaffirm our belief that sustainable development is achieved when people from different sectors come together to serve humanity. We are delighted to recognise these outstanding women for their remarkable contributions and the positive difference they continue to make in society,” he said.
Established in 2022 under the Humanitarian Achievement and Outreach Foundation (HAOF), the Nigerian Humanitarian Awards & Magazine has become a platform dedicated to recognising individuals, organisations, public institutions and corporate leaders whose work advances humanitarian causes across sectors including education, healthcare, youth and women empowerment, philanthropy, entrepreneurship, human rights and community development.
The 2026 edition is expected to attract government officials, First Ladies, humanitarian organisations, development partners, corporate executives, philanthropists and civil society leaders to discuss strategies for strengthening humanitarian action and promoting sustainable social impact across Nigeria.
