#EndBadGovernanceInNigeria: Police deploy helicopter as protest escalates in Abuja

The Nigerian Police Force has deployed helicopters, barb wire and more officers to calm situation in Abuja as protesters break into fragments.
With many of the protesters around the Central Business District, especially around the Ministry of Finance moving into the Federal Secretariat, tension is rising in suburban areas like Kubwa, Ketampe and Dawaki.
At the central area, heavy security forces are across the road with the Police helicopters hovering around the area.
Earlier, our correspondent reported that protests in the Nyanya axis of Abuja turned violent as hoodlums were attacking cars along Keffi/Abuja road.
An eyewitness told The Guardian that the sticks and stones wielding miscreants have resorted to attacking cars in the most ruthless manner.
“I live around there and the Protest has turned violent. Hoodlums are attacking any car in sight,” she said.
