Fanfare as Isaac Idahosa marks Golden Jubillee

The event, which was graced by celebrities, bishops, pastors and friends, saw renowned comedians such as Apororo, Mr. Patrick, Kelly Blind, Memory Card, De-Oracle entertained guests at the event.

BishopTHE Presiding Bishop of God First Ministries International, Dr. Isaac Idahosa, recently celebrated his 50th birthday at its headquarters in Lekki, Lagos.

The event, which was graced by celebrities, bishops, pastors and friends, saw renowned comedians such as Apororo, Mr. Patrick, Kelly Blind, Memory Card, De-Oracle entertained guests at the event.

Special guests included Bishop Francis Wale Oke and Bishop Odunlaja.

Bishop Idahosa was born on February 8, 1965 at Kotangora in Niger State. He attended Government Technical College Kotongora, Niger State and Kaduna Polytechnic where he was trained as a Mechanical Engineer.

He obtained two doctorate degrees in Theology from Cornerstone University in Tennessee, USA and Global Impact Bible Institute Jacksouille, Florida, USA.

Idahosa formed God First Ministries International in Minna, Niger State, 25 years ago.

He has authored over 12 books with six gospel albums to his credit. His ministry has taken him to several nations of the world among them America, Canada, Germany, South Africa, London, Italy, Republic of Ireland, Singapore, France, Israel and over 36 African nationals.

He is the host of Illumination Today, an inspiring daily teaching on television that touches over 400 million people around the world daily.

He is happily married to an accomplished singer, preacher, physicist, entrepreneur and mother Rev. (Mrs.) Christie Idahosa and their marriage is blessed with two children, Charitable and Apostle.

A thanksgiving service to round off the celebrations also held on March 1, 2015 where many dignitaries including Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) governorship aspirant in Lagos State, Mr. Jimi Agbaje, Lagos State PDP Chairman, Tunji Shelle Otunba, Moses Adewale Osinubi among others attended to rejoice with him.
