FG announces public holidays for Easter celebration

The Nigerian Government Wednesday declared Friday April 19 and Monday April 22, 2019 as public holiday.

Georgina Ehuriah, Permanent Secretary Ministry of Interior, made this announcement on behalf of the Minister of Interior Abdulrahman Bello Dambazau in Abuja to mark the Easter celebration.

He urged the Christian faithfuls in the country to use this opportunity to live in peace, love and unity. He also advised them to live a Christ like attitude and also set examples for others to follow.

He however wished them a happy Easter holiday.
