Fortreal Real Estate Academy has graduated the first cohort of its Advanced Real Estate Executive Programme (AREEP), a physical training initiative for top realtors, young developers and professionals looking to scale in the industry.
Over the past three years, the academy has trained more than 10,000 real estate professionals, delivered over 30 paid course cohorts, certified more than 1,000 practitioners, hosted masterclasses in Nigeria, Uganda, and Kenya, and trained leading corporate real estate firms across Nigeria.
However, as a real estate school with a vision to have training campuses with programmes students can take physically, Fortreal Academy began its physical training programme starting with AREEP.
The inaugural cohort recorded significant milestones, with participants collectively closing real estate transactions valued at over ₦3 billion. Other achievements included land acquisitions for estate development, office launches, strategic partnerships, and the prevention of potentially costly real estate scams.
Beyond the financial achievements, participants highlighted the program’s impact on their mindsets, business strategies, and approach to leadership. One graduate described the opening class on the science of transformation as a defining experience that reshaped their understanding of real estate and business.
The graduation and dinner ceremony marked an important milestone for the academy, reinforcing its commitment to raising a new generation of knowledgeable, ethical, and results-driven real estate professionals.
Through AREEP, Fortreal Real Estate Academy is advancing a more practical approach to real estate education, equipping professionals not just to understand the industry, but to build successful businesses, execute profitable deals, develop property, and compete on a global stage.
